1. Purchase and AgreementBy registering for IP2 (the “Program”), participants (the “Participant”) agree to these terms and any additional policies listed on our website. IP2 reserves the right to update these terms at any time before or during the Program. Continued participation in the Program signifies acceptance of any changes.2. Cancellations and RefundsParticipants, once approved to attend the program may cancel their registration under the following conditions:
- Finding a Replacement: If a Participant needs to cancel, they can receive a refund by finding a suitable replacement attendee. The replacement must be approved by IP2, and the Participant cannot transfer their spot without consent.
- Refund Process: Upon approval of the replacement, a refund (less any credit card processing fees) will be issued within 30 days of the new attendee’s registration.
- Program Cancellation: If the Program is canceled by IP2 for any reason, Participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee, excluding any travel or related expenses, which remain the Participant’s responsibility.3. Access to ProgramAll sessions and materials will be delivered in-person during the dates of the Program.4. Participation and ConductParticipants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally during the Program. IP2 reserves the right to remove any Participant whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.5. Changes to the ProgramIP2 may modify the Program schedule, content, or format as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to Participants promptly.6. Privacy PolicyWe are committed to protecting your privacy. By applying and/or attending the Program you agree that we may collect, use, and share your personal information, such as your name, email address, job title, and demographic information, solely for the purposes of providing and improving our conference services, communicating with you, and customizing your experience. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website, and we may disclose it if required by law. Intellectual PropertyAll materials and content provided during the Program are the intellectual property of IP2 and are intended for personal use only. Participants may not distribute, reproduce, or share these materials without permission.8. LiabilityIP2 is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage incurred during the Program.
